Welcome to my Island Studio

Weather is on my mind...it's a season of very low water here and we're longing for rain to ensure a good growing season and replenish the St. Lawrence river. As an advocate for nature,  I'm revisiting a series of encaustic paintings that explore extreme and unusual weather phenomenon. Created with beeswax/resin molten paint they speak for the earth.
